"For a low budget hotel, this vastly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in they confirmed that I had requested a non-smoking room (which was appreciated). I was expecting the musty smell and faint whiff of cigarette smoke that one associates with an older motel, but this was spotless, with new carpet, table and new chairs. Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price."

"It is exactly what I expect from a motel, but in a prime Chicago location. The room was clean, the property seemed well maintained. The staff was all very friendly and check in/check out was incredibly smooth and fast. They were able to accommodate an earlier check in with almost no notice which is always incredible. Rooms have a safe, mini fridge, microwave, and basic coffee setup. The showers are pretty nice, water pressure and temperature were fine with plenty of space."

"The tap was damaged. Only hot water was coming. Bathtub was very old and had marks on it. Bedsheets and comforter seemed wasn't washed properly. Wouldnt recommend this motel."

"We get there and its appearance was undesirable. Trash littering parking lot, check in wasn't fast at all. We get to the room and it looked like a Crack House. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like fingerprint powder smeared all over the walls, paint chipped off all over, mold growing above shower, there were paint drippings all over the walls, the carpet, and on the curtains. Getting towels or toilet paper was a hassle. It was definitely not worth $100 a night we paid. Clearly poorly managed....

"Staff was helpful the rooms were clean and updated. Free parking included and super close to rooms, my car was able to park right outside my room door almost every night of my stay. Vending machines right outside my room with sodas"
