"I booked a K w/sleeper sofa in case my nephew wanted to spend the night (he did). Check-in was easy, and I appreciated MaryAlice's help in getting the Bonvoy app to get points for my stay. She also offered an assortment of flyers w/coupons & menus when she heard us say we were going to find someplace for dinner, and got a "bed in a bag" set for the sofabed. "The poolside drinks is fun. The pool is busy but there’s a lifeguard. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and drinks were good. Beds were just right. Four people and four towels - great job (some hotels don’t do this). We stayed 2 nights and room was tidied the first day (garbages emptied, towels exchanged, and beds made). Great location across from downtown and close to shopping. "
