"I stayed there one night on a friday at the first week in april,for a soccer tournament my son had near by. The front desk was terrible, I got there around 9pm and there was a young African American women with long blades, that it was obvious she hated her job and it reflected on me as a guest. She did not greet me, when I said hello good evening, I have a reservation, all she said was " I need ID" I gave her my license and she like pull it hard off my hand, I didnt say anything, I just looked at her. Then she literally just thru it back at the counter, that the license fell and she didnt even apoligized. I was so mad, after that, I told her, I didnt like her attitude I took the room keys and headed to my roomapologized. Also someone else I think it might of been the night supervisor and she was just wallking around also not too happy to be there. My husband said hello good evening right as we were walking in front of her by the lobby as we walk in and she just kept walking didn't even say anything either as she was walking g out and then saw her smoking outside. Very bad evening staff service. I would not like to stay there again just because of that experience. The rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, beds were confortable good for a 1 or 2 night stay, if you are ok with bad service."
