"Room was musty smelling "

"This hotel felt pretty dated! We stayed here a few years back and it’s really declined. The button to the elevator was hanging halfway off the wall, carpets were dirty, lights in the room would only work part of the time, the heat wouldn’t turn on, and the pool was so cold we could only swim for a few minutes. The staff was very accommodating with getting a room to watch planes, but overall cleanliness level was pretty poor. "

"The breakfast was amazing and staff were great overall. Be aware that the parking is a little expensive 40$ a day. The bottle waters sold there are crazy as well. Those two changes or adjustments and it would get my 5 starts "

"Overall a good Airport Hotel, good value. Disappointed with shuttle service; we had to wait 45 minutes on the kerb at O'Hare. I called reception 3 times to check on the whereabouts of the shuttle but they simply said "it wont be long" Otherwise very good value."

"The rooms were awesome so many small details like a full size mirror outside of the bathroom with an outlet near also a nice bar and restaurant we frequented both "

"The breakfast was excellent! The directions for parking should probably be on a slip of paper because it was a bit confusing how to get into the building. Also, when we left the parking garage we needed our room key to scan and this was not communicated to us at checkin or checkout. These details could also be added to a communication slip or a text whatever may work. Needs to be improved! Rooms were nice and clean."
