"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"As soon as I checked in my room’s AC unit did not work and I blew hot air. My 1st task was to unpack and take a shower. When I got out room was hot like an oven. I called the front desk, the maintenance personnel came, handed me new key to a new room, stating had prior knowledge of this issue. But yet room was rented out. Further no attempt to assist to move my unpacked suitcases. After several trips to the new room, I was able to have a restful sleep."

"The staff was incredibly helpful! The food from the restaurant was delicious and our room was clean and quiet, all amenities worked. The breakfast buffet though on a small scale was professionally prepared thoughtfully and the french toast out of this world! We could go on and on about the food at this place! SO GOOD! "Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer.
L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour."

"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom.
We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. The front desk worker did not attempt to help us beyond this, saying they needed to launch an investigation into the bugs and her hands were tied.
