Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Riverside

"Hotel is run down and in a poor state. Only interaction I had with staff was on check in and check out and nothing bad to say about the staff, although the maid continually knocked on our door one morning saying “house keeping” “house keeping” at about 08:00am which I was not impressed about being as we were checking out before 11 (check out time) anyway. Unless you get a bargain don’t bother."

"Positive: hotel location and friendly staff. Negatives: hotel is super old and ill maintained. Breakfast is poor as well. There is not minibar at the rooms and my TV did not work. Carpet all around the hotel looked old and dirty. Wall painting was terrible. So, the hotel really needs some investment."

"Great location right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance with a room issue, and we really appreciated their professionalism and trustworthiness. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly hotel, highly recommended for a family trip!"

"The main lift was out of service"

"The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!"
