"The room, when I arrived, was clean; the patio was dirty, and probably the previous guest's hair was all over the patio DISGUSTING. However, the pool area was so gross and dirty. The smell was HORRIBLE! Tried to take my 2-year-old to the children's area and could not tolerate the stench! Smelled like something rotten. Thank God I had on sandals; the whole area was dirty, with ants everywhere. The lazy river was so dirty, and roaches in the pool. I would have expected more from such a prestigious...

Even though most of the amenities and perks were non-operational, I still remember having a wonderful time during my first visit several years ago when the property was undergoing a change in management and major renovations. "Staff was informed about a drunk guest in pool they refused to help. Once the guest became unconscious my daughter and wife had to physically pull the guest out of pool. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation."
