"I had to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency I literally had to turn around and go home. This hotel refused to give me a refund. Very disappointed in Best Western do not book here they are very unkind to their customers."

"There were no ice machines on the property that worked. I asked to be upgraded to a room with a refrigerator and was told it would cost $66.00. Check In was automated but there was an issue with the keycard maker. A live person showed up after 40 minutes. Five groups of people were waiting by then. Just a bad experience."

"Property is a little older so not easy to get really clean. Breakfast was good and most staff was friendly and accommodating. I recommend putting your things away each day. We had some clothing taken with the dirty towels and they were unable to find it. They did nothing to help. "
