"Manger and staff were rude. Sticky stains on carpet in room, hole in the ceiling. Fan knob for bathroom was broken off. Tv was out dated so it had like 3 channels. Breakfast was a muffin, small juice & an apple."
"The Mission Inn has the most amazing staff. They go out of their way to accommodate any needs you have. I called ahead for a specific need we had. They were happy to help us in any way. At the property we encountered personal needs that the hotel staff quickly assisted us with. After we left there was an issue with items left behind by us. They worked quickly and diligently to help us solve this problem. At the property the staff constantly worked to make our stay enjoyable. It was like having a personal assistant in every part of the property and restaurants. Who ever is in charge of hiring and training the staff is to be lauded. Every employee is of the highest caliber. Thank You for being our new go to vacation spot strictly because of your personal service to us."
