"The description on Hotels.com says it has a restaurant. I booked there in part because I was in Moreno Valley on business and I knew that, after a long day, I wouldn't want to go anywhere after checking in so I looked for a hotel with a restaurant. When I got there the desk staff (who were very kind and gracious) told me the restaurant was only open Mon-Thurs. I had to order food delivery -- very disappointing."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3pm , our room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. We waited quite a bit. The room was old and smelled. The person at the front was rude and unfriendly. She wasn’t sorry at all and was not sympathetic. The bed was old and uncomfortable all you’ll feel is the spring of the bed. The iron board as broken inside the cabinet which fell from my sa after when she passed it. The shower was so bad and dirty"
"everything was fairly nice, but the bed was and I've been in all kinds of hotels especially in this price or value range and the bed was a disappointment the mattress was really unusually firm. breakfast was nice it would be nice if they had something minor to have almost 24/7 because my flight my last day there left at 5:00 in the morning at the airport so I had to be up really early and there was nothing of value you know for me at that time of day and me dining room not even a cup of coffee or a banana "
