"Room had roaches,I couldn’t spend the night and had to leave since they didn’t want to give me another room but luckily they were going to talk with their manager and she i got refund but deposit took forever to be returned. "

"The pool was very clean! The animals were well behaved and always on a leash. The orange screen check-in process was smooth with a real person. My room smelled like cleaning chemicals and I enjoyed it! easy walk to McDonald’s, mom and Pop Café, and a popular Spanish grocery store."

"Clean room, old but updated. Clean and well maintained. Its like a museum and a hotel in one. The stuff are so helpful. I luv that their pool and hottub hrs are 630-11 pm. They said the pool is heated but it is not. The bathtub has a rust , i dont know wheather its a design. They provided almost all the bathroom amenities especially toothbrush but just one instead of 2 toothbrushes. I just am surprised theres no slippers provided. No fridge and microwave. But theres lots of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and around it. They even have room service which was awesome. Enjoyed this stay a lot. I asked for a room close to the elevator, but was placed in a room so far from the elevator. The parking self was far from the enteance to the hotel. So its better to do valet parking if u have lots of stuff. 10$ more only from self parking . Theres coffee machines but just no water to make coffee. "

"I killed over a dozen "water bugs" (which look like little roaches) in my room the first night. I also have someone seemingly pacing in the room above me all night long. The staff was very kind and moved my room, but my second room was on a hall with people partying loudly until midnight, and whoever was above my new room was also walking and moving stuff around in their room all night as well. Maybe it was just a bad couple of days there, but I would definitely not recommend staying here. "

"I didn’t like the fact, that when I got there the lady at reception seemed mad she didn’t explain anything like the time breakfast was going to be served. And honestly I didn’t ask either because I forgot that a continental breakfast was available. My way of thinking that is her job."
