"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"Terrible staff, rude and slow as well as dismissive like I was dumb. Room keys for both rooms kept losing their reading so had to go up to the office multiple times to get them fixed. Rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. Water damage everywhere, moldy areas, terrible bed that causes back and neck pains, there was feces stains in the toilet, water leaking from the toilet, yellow stains all over the tub and walls of the bathroom, most of the outlets didn’t work, wasps inside the room, doors don’t...

"Everything was great !! Rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, the lady doing it did a great job keeping up with all the food and keeping it warm and stocked. Never can go wrong at a Hampton Inn 😊 "

"The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...
