My headphones went missing during my stay, and the follow‑up from security was dismissive and unprofessional. I was asked if I ‘took them to the beach’ and told I must have misplaced them, even though I never removed them from the room. I expected a more thorough and respectful investigation from a hotel at this level. I hope management reviews how guest concerns—especially theft—are handled moving forward."

"Lovely big rooms that are in little bungalows. The pizza at the onsite restaurant is amazing. Staff are so kind and remember you! Amazing front desk guy who helped me with my suitcase as there are some stairs but he makes sure you have a wonderful stay in Miami. Location is walkable if you’re happy to walk over the bridge and I enjoyed the ease of finding places to go. "
