"They were doing renovations and the morning we left there was no hot water in our room, so cold showers! We mentioned it to the front desk, and they seemed unconcerned (kind of like, that's the way it goes when you're remodeling). They did say they were aware of the water issue, but a little heads up to their guests would have been nice.
