The staff was very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!!! Will definitely be recommending the Hyatt Houston in Sugarland."

"The pictures of this property are deceiving. The room had roaches, it’s ghetto and caters to drug heads and anything illegal. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF CLASS! Seven was helpful at the front desk when I cancelled. That was the only thing that was good out of that location."

"I have faced many problems. I have booked the room for 2 queen bed but instead they gave us king size bed room. I have requested to change the room but staff was very rude and not helping at all. Worst experience i have gad in this hotel."
