"I almost don't want to say how amazing our stay at Bleu Beach Resort was because then it is going to be a lot harder to get a reservation! :) We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed for 4 adults and one small child - two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen table, refrigerator (medium sized) and freezer, small kitchen sink, microwave, and drinking glasses (both water and wine glasses). "Jack was so professional and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great Vacation. Unfortunately, I lost the diamond from my wedding band on the last day and was not able to find it. However, I know that the front desk clerk tried to make sure they did everything to find it. "Property is dirty, there is no security to walk in the hotel and giving anyone access to the pool, beach and elevators… there was live music and the police was called to remove a random person that was not part pf the hotel. The hotel and the room was not clean. We travel a lot for work and pleasure, we picked Crown Plaza this time to enjoy beach and pool, but it was very crowded, dirty and uncomfortable. We did not enjoy our staying."
