"easy check in . great bar, restaraunt , terrace area, pool, b ball and tennis court. area flodded with places to eat and shop. free hotel shuttle to/from airport and any where in 5 mile radius. hotel staff Maja was the nicest checking in every day to see how my stay was going. great room service and shout out maintenance for easy fast repair to clogged tub while we were gone and housekeeping for great service."

"Upon arrival, the check in was super easy. Staff explained where the best place to park, and she- (her name starts with a D- so sorry! )even gave me a "rockin" suggestion for a late dinner..I even went back for brunch..not even a mile away! Hemmingway's! Room was clean, sheets spotless. Quiet. and a few doors to come and go. Bistro was a great addition for a quick coffee and bagel."

"We were happy to be given a ground floor room as requested and an accessible room. The handicap shower chair was appreciated as well. It was a very nice suite with kitchen which we used a lot! We stayed at this hotel two weekends in a row for business in the area. Excellent location! We will use this hotel whenever we are in this area."

"Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The A/C in the room was not working properly, making it very difficult to sleep. We also heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The mattress was uncomfortable, and having stayed in many hotels, we can confidently say this did not meet basic comfort expectations. Additionally, there was no breakfast available in the morning—only coffee—despite the listing stating that breakfast was included, which was one of the main reasons we chose this...

"I almost don't want to say how amazing our stay at Bleu Beach Resort was because then it is going to be a lot harder to get a reservation! :) We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed for 4 adults and one small child - two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen table, refrigerator (medium sized) and freezer, small kitchen sink, microwave, and drinking glasses (both water and wine glasses). "Jack was so professional and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great Vacation. Unfortunately, I lost the diamond from my wedding band on the last day and was not able to find it. However, I know that the front desk clerk tried to make sure they did everything to find it.
