Unfortunately, I lost the diamond from my wedding band on the last day and was not able to find it. However, I know that the front desk clerk tried to make sure they did everything to find it. I overheard her talking to housekeeping. Thanks for trying."

"Excellent hotel in every way! CLEAN, comfortable beds, very nice common areas. Breakfast was good! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or workout room, but it looked great. Highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Property is dirty, there is no security to walk in the hotel and giving anyone access to the pool, beach and elevators… there was live music and the police was called to remove a random person that was not part pf the hotel. The hotel and the room was not clean. We travel a lot for work and pleasure, we picked Crown Plaza this time to enjoy beach and pool, but it was very crowded, dirty and uncomfortable. We did not enjoy our staying."

"The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out anything and we were just going for a relaxing fun weekend. The changing code DAILY for the door was totally a nuisance and one time we arrived in the door was unlocked, even though we checked it before we left. I would not book this property again and the fact that they lied in the address in the listing and even on the confirmation showed Melbourne was terrible. We spent an extra hundred dollars on Ubers and Lyft so we can enjoy ourselves downtown that was not planned. "

"Everything about this property is inviting! The town itself is charming and the restaurant directly next-door is definitely five star with a lovely ambience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our stay at this quaint bed and breakfast. Home cooked breakfast was served every morning. The innkeeper was friendly and welcoming. We had a balcony room overlooking the property and the beach. There were plenty of snacks and beverages available all day. The beach was a 1 minute walk across the street. We would definitely stay there again."
