"We were on the fifth floor They were doing some major carpet cleaning before our arrival Unfortunately, the fifth floor smelled like sour milk had been spilled, smelled absolutely horrible. Luckily, the smell was not noticeable in our room #501. I reported this nasty smell to the front desk."

"Our room 302 did not have air-conditioning on when we arrived. We turned it on and it did not cool the room. The sheets are rough. The pillows are terrible. And the bedsheet smelled like wet dog. We told the front desk who just looked at us. I laid in bed for three hours, trying to cool off. Horrible stay. Wish I had saved my money."
