Basic survival necessities. Room was in good condition, recently renovated. However some of the rooms are still outdated we just got lucky. This is a bare minimum hotel and the price reflects this. They asked for a $100 deposit that would be refunded when you check out even though the rooms was paid in full. Never have I had this happen before. It certainly wasn't a fancy place. Didn't even have a place for you to get water. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable .

The place had a bed to stay the night and the staff, although dead eyed, was courteous. It definitely wasn’t the Hilton or Marriott. It was clean with that grimey feeling if you know you know. It did its job I guess. I wish I didn’t have to stay there again but would if I had to.

Good stay and location

This was a good stay and served its purpose. The staff was very friendly at check-in and answered all of my questions. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a small kitchen and the extra space. There were parts of the building that were outdated and/or being renovated, but it was fine. The walls were a little thin, but luckily most people weren't very loud. The location was good and near everything I needed. This isn't top luxury, but I wouldn't have a problem staying again.
