"I had originally booked a large room with two queen beds and a pull out couch as my group had 5 people. After a long day of driving, we arrive to the hotel and walked in to an extremely crowded lobby. I believe there was some kind of conference going on, but rather than a designated room, many people were loud and crowded into the lobby. Upon checking in, they said they had no record of our booking, so they created a new booking and put us in a room with one queen bed and a couch. Upon asking the person at the front desk, we were told they had nothing else to offer us, they were fully booked. After further investigation, they admitted they did have record of our reservation, but they had overbooked the rooms, leaving us with an inadequate sized room for 5 people, and no good resolution. We ended up having to sleep two people on the floor as they also had no roll away beds. Overall it was a terrible experience that made our travel day so much more stressful. Staff were unhelpful."
