"We had to stay there at the last minute because the our original hotel canceled at the last minute. They were great! We only stayed there one night, but the staff was so helpful and friendly. We only had approximately 6 hours to spend in Venice. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman at the front desk. She mapped everything for us. Walked across the street to get to bus that took us directly to Venice and even told us what time to be back to pick up luggage in order to make it on...
