"Check in was very slow as it looked they were short staffed as people were waiting to order drinks as well and only one staff present. The building and rooms are very tired looking and need updating. Walls between rooms are paper thin and we were next to a couple who argued all night long and you could hear everything. One of the rooms we booked (upstairs) was baking hot, the fan didn't work so we lent ours to our friend and the radiator was on full blast in this summer heatwave! We couldn't...

"Food was great, staff very helpful, bar and dining room very tidy and clean, good range of drinks, both alcoholic and soft although I am out of touch with prices so had a bit of a shock. This is not a negative, just reality. Plenty of parking and convenient at the rear to avoid stairs. Some areas are in need of decorating such as stairwell and corridors however not terrible. Outside areas need tidying around the back of the building but the beer garden/smoking area was good. Wheel chair...
