"I liked the pool area. It has a beautiful view to the harbor. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff at the entrance and at the spa were exceptionally nice. I didn’t get the same feel for the restaurant staff, although they were helpful. What I didn’t like was that our room had plumbing issues. "The reason I give this point is is far joanna No access anything when you sleep over there and you don’t refund the one you are not sleeping. I sleep only three days but he never returned the four days my refund when you guys go over there make sure check it out first not pay through one day or two days when you don’t like yeah at least you have a chance to change a different hotel or place."

"My wife and I decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip, and we stayed at the Hacienda Santana. It’s absolutely beautiful and really captures that hacienda feel. The staff were incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the WiFi was out, so my phone was my main communication tool, and my wife’s work calls wouldn’t go through. But, hey, it was our getaway, so it didn’t really matter I will definitely go back."
