Spectacular Views. Beautiful, friendly staff, everyone is so attentive to your needs, to answer every question. Beach was fun, I was able to go on a parachute had a blast. My room was always fresh. Pools many options but. It my favorite to be out in 90+ weather and a warm pool. Beyond all this I 100% recommend a stay here

BE READY FOR NO ELEVATORS. RESERVATIONS ARE A JOKE. We tried making reservations the minute we checked in all booked for next 5 days .. Be ready for buffet the whole time. Service great by all servers . People it’s all inclusive but remember tips are appreciated. Never have I seen soooo many cheap Americans couldn’t at least tip 1 dollar. Shame on people who don’t tip

The property is really nice, the rooms are clean and very comfy. It has AC and the mini fridge is full of drinks and water. It has 6 buffets, three require reservation, the other 3 don’t. But those that require reservation are totally worth it. The ones without are okay too, just full of people. It has a wonderful beach. For us it was a 10/10.

Food was okay, there wasn’t AC in a lot of restaurants and lobbies, the elevators didn’t work that much and they were very small spaces compared with the amount of guests that were staying there. We had problems with the key to our room, it kept disconnecting every time a phone or a card would come in contact with it so that was very frustrating. Pool and beach were very beautiful and the staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us even through the language barrier. Service was quick and the room was very nice! they made us animals out of towels everyday which i thought was very cute. Overall it was an okay stay, but i enjoyed it bc i was with family :)
