Expansive resort with multiple pool areas and ample amenities. Well staffed, dedicated to keep the facility extra clean and orderly. Staff was well trained and professional. Will visit this resort again in the future. One thing not so great was quality of food. They don't use quality meat for their food. But for someone who is particular about what they eat there are healthy and quality options such as vegetables and salads and breakfast items that are amply available. Overall, I would recommend it and will visit this resort again in the future.

I can start of by saying not a lot of options for breakfast or dinner You now have to make reservations which you have no option than to eat the same thing. I did leave the resort due to poor quality food. The sports bar that is open 24hours not good and the worst thing drinks at the pool were not good No pool party at all which made our trip not enjoyable at riu. Other than staff were amazing great customer service

The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. The lunch buffet was not. The Asian restaurant was excellent, the Italian restaurant was good, and the Mexican restaurant was bad. The pools were good but crowded, at times. The water park was fun. The beach is excellent and walkable, but the surf is too rough for safe swimming.

We loved everything about Riu. The staff was the best. The were all so fast and friendly always a smile especially Alberto, Ramon and Raul that worked in Las Tres Islas restaurant. There were so many food choices every day and it was all delicious. We also loved the band on the beach. Will definitely be back.

Es una opinion sincera el hotel esta bien, los cuartos. El mini bar no ya que usar las botellas de muy baja calidad, es como si te quedaras en un rio los mas ecomonicos. La Comida del buffet esta mas o menos pero si enfada ya que no cambia todos los dias es lo mismo, y la carne tiene una textura como de plastico. Es dificil agendar los otros restaurantes ya que siempre estan llenos pero la comida al igual es muy mala. Las bevidas son pues de lo mas corrientes, la verdad e visitado varios Riu, cancun, Los cabos. Puerto Vallarta y este es uno de los peores. Room was very disappointing for the price. Only 1 out of 4 USB chargers worked. Only 1 of 4 working bottles in the mini bar. Only one of 2 sinks drained in the bathroom. Compared to the RIU in Cancun, this place sucks!!
