It was great ! The suite room was awesome. Service is great too. The laundry part is a bit sketchy. We had to get our clothes washed. Simple right? Well a supervisor had to come and check our clothes out. Fine no problem. She then gave us an option of either 48 hours or 24 hours return of our clothes. Well we weren’t in a hurry so we said 48 hours. But then this is when it gets tricky. Our receipt that we signed for 48 hours got switched to 24 hours! We were so mad because it cost us $75 for 48 hours now they want to charge us $150 for laundry that we signed for 48 hours, they are switching it to 24 hours without our confirmation!! At it will cost $150 for laundry!!! We went to the front desk right away . There was no apology given. They fixed it that’s it. So if you are going to get your clothes washed be very careful. Look out for what you are signing and be aware of everything! It was an ok stay except for the laundry mishap . The service was great. Use their app RIU , it helps with making reservations to the restaurant. The restaurant were ok. Nothing to write home about .
