I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove...

We loved our apartment on the top of the building, so huge and beautiful. Everyone was so helpful, recommend restaurants and trips. You have to do the catamaran tour to ile aux cerfs with them...it was just great. Special thanks to Jessica and staff, always again."

"Wir haben das Coco Villa in Mahébourg vom 26.05. bis 27.05. besucht und das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und besonders schön war der direkte Meerblick inklusive Balkon. Auch das Badezimmer war eher schlicht, aber sauber. Das Duschen war allerdings ein kleines Abenteuer, da das Wasser entweder sehr heiß...

"Very nice and clean accommodation with a beautiful pool near the airport. The owners and their son are very helpful, drove me from and to the airport. Not much nearby but I only stayed one night while I was waiting for a flight so it was completely fine. "

"The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant. "Very nice location - loved the hike. Rooms are quite small but will do for a night or two. The food is great at dinners but very poor breakfasts. They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights"
