"Accommodation was clean and well presented. The buffet breakfast was all you could ask for, with plenty of choice. Thoroughly recommended for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bathroom did not have shampoo and toiletries replaced so had to use soap which was not ideal. Good parking and next to Anchor Lodge - great food and hospitality - highly recommend. Good view of marina but too cold to benefit so worked out quite expensive compared to other options"

"Had a very pleasant stay in their family unit. Room was very spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Got a yummy fresh bottle of milk at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! Walking distance to the playground and beach. The room was in the front facing the main road so despite the double-glazed windows, you can hear trucks. I would request a room in the back if available next time but otherwise, will stay again!"

"The room was spotless, had a deep jetted tub, mini kitchen set up, nice TV, brand new bed and suited all our needs. The innkeepers were delightful. I needed to do laundry and they had a small but efficient guest laundry. There were also laundry lines and pegs, which was lovely! "

"The room was decent for the price but the let down was the staff member. I only saw 1 staff member who spoke very little English and was not informed of anything. The owner was overseas. Tried to negotiate a refund for 1 night because of the expected snow in the Lewis pass. But wasnt clear on any communication so not sure if I am going to get one. Overall, if something happens I wouldn't want to be here"
