"Surroundings and the manoir are gorgeous. The breakfast spread is outstanding.
There is no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, and that is on purpose(I asked). For a hotel of that standing, I found that surprising.
The only heat in the room was a space heater. It took a while to heat up but then was sufficient.
Our room key stopped working before checkout time. I suspect that was because of the time change the day before, but it still meant a 10 min round-trip to go to the front desk and get...

"The executive suite was very nice, it had an extra room which my son took advantage of. Very quiet and comfortable room. Nice shower. Breakfast was good, good mix of people. The pool and sauna were very good and always clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was an 8 minute walk to a metro stop and some good eateries due to the location of a near by student campus. We were happy we stayed there."
