Das Zimmer war einfach fantastisch; ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Und wer etwas Hightech mag kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Von den elektrisch öffnenden Vorhängen bis zur Steuerung der Lampen und Leuchten wird alles über Softtouch Panels gesteuert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unglaublich reichhaltig und der Service einfach klasse. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt im Narcissus The Royal in Riad.

A great contemporary hotel fo a business trip

The Narcissus Royal is the best small luxury hotel in the city centre. I would recommend it over the Faisaliah which is now stupidly over priced and the other Narcissus which is a be heavy on the gold and marble. It has super in room facilities

Great and enjoyable stay!

Excellent. Loved my stay, well designed hotel, very quiet rooms, comfortable mattress, helpful service. Location is extremely convenient. Breakfast has decent options. Only thing that I did not like was the overpriced hot chocolate at the bar (evening). Tasted cheap, pls buy a good quality product if you are going to be charging 40SAR for a hot chocolate :)!

"The hotel is very nice and very clean. The staff, including those at the restaurant and front desk, are very good. The people working at the front desk are especially nice, always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the area, and the views from our room were stunning. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!"

الفندق يديد صارله ٨ شهور الغرف كبيره وشرحه نظيف ومودرن بصراحه كان وايد حلو الريوق متنوع ولذيذ 👍 المشكله كانت بالخدمه جدا سيئة، كل ما نطلب شي مثل سرير إضافي يطولون وكل مانتصل على الرسبشن يقولون الحين نشوف الموضوع ومحد يرد يتصل وهكذا حق كل شي نطلبه .. وماعندهم غرف مفتوحه على بعض اذا معاكم اطفال connecting rooms

Narcissus, The Royal Hotel in Riyadh, presents an impressive investment in luxurious rooms with advanced technology, but the service and hospitality fall drastically short of five-star standards. The hotel suffers from poor management and an untrained staff that fails to deliver even basic levels of professionalism and guest care. Communication with guests is neglected, and in my experience, the guest relations team displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism, with no proper communication follow-up! The check-in process was chaotic, handled by unresponsive and inexperienced front desk staff, leading to room access issues due to mismanagement. Despite When I requested to speak with a manager, I was left waiting more than 15 minutes without even showing up, highlighting a significant lack of attention and responsiveness from the management team. Furthermore, numerous small but critical details were overlooked, from the substandard quality of the food and beverage offerings to the unresponsive room service. The overall experience was far below what is expected of a five-star hotel. Regrettably, this was my last stay, and I cannot recommend Narcissus The Royal Hotel to others. The establishment requires substantial improvements in service quality, staff training, and management responsiveness to align with its luxurious image.

I first stayed at this hotel in September 2024 and I enjoyed my staff. I returned to Riyadh in September 2025 and the event hotel was full so I had another look at this hotel. My 2nd stay was amazing! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite but more importantly the ladies gym and spa has opened. I wish i had brought my swimming costume as the indoor ladies pool looked great. Gym was good, my only suggests would be it is a little warm due to the proximity of the pool and small towels and water dispenser would be welcomed, due to the temperature I drank my water very quickly. Another reason I chose this hotel was the proximity to the underground. Less than 5 minute walk to the station and easy to take trains across the city. I took the train to my event location, traffic was terrible so I am sure it was faster than travelling by road!
