Great staff and front desk. Excellent property with magnificient size room. Very clean and well equipped. Downside is the available english channels from the television.

Weather was so hot, it’s nice place I may comeback again to the same hotel. Nora from hotel services was so helpful person want to make everything smooth. Even other girl called Refan she helped me with my friend to stay till 3 pm

Love this hotel
Always a good atmosphere at his hotel. The rooms are spacious and have balconies, which is especially useful as my other half smokes and the rooms are non smoking. The facilities are excellent and the staff are always helpful and welcoming

It was awesome, I enjoyed being down in Riyadh and the Radisson more importantly. That day was extremely busy, but I did not mind because the Kingdom just enjoy National Day, so everyone was enjoying the company of family and others. Music was playing by the pool.. man like a concert by a live band... that was awesome with great vibes from everyone.

Everything brand new and spacious. The only downside was the food in the restaurant - tasteless and tough overcooked chicken, virtually raw lamb burger despite a request for medium/well cooking

Very happy with service and room. Staff friendly and nice. Room very good size. Clean room. Breakfast quality is very good. Only problem is there is only one bed in room which can hardly accommodate 2 people (We have 4 ppl in room), they can only provide one extra single bed which also include extra charge. At time of booking we clearly mentioned ages of all 4 guests so they should consider it before booking this room.

Was very unhappy as I booked room for two adults and my two children who were 13 and 10 years old. They gave us one room with one double bed. After a lot of arguments I was given one guest bed with additional charge. Receptionist was very rude and told me that we only consider under 5s as children and he can give me a baby cot. Although while booking through Expedia I clearly mentioned the ages of my children.
