"We stayed at Hotel Forza Osaka Namba Dotonbori for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a great experience. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Upon arriving earlier than our checkout time, we were able to leave our luggage there and explore in the meantime. The fact that the hotel is right on Dotonbori is super convenient, as the moment you walk outside, you are met with endless amount of restaurants and cool shops to visit. As far as the hotel goes, it was extremely clean, and the room was a comfortable size for two. The lobby was also very nice and spacious. Despite being right on Dotonbori, the hotel lobby itself is on the 3rd floor, which means it was actually quiet and you cannot hear any noise or chatter from the busy street that is Dotonbori."

"Fanatic interior - spacious apartment style rooms, with mini kitchens. Loved the lounge area for guests with coffee and water machines a really nice touch. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Rooms were very clean and the largest and most updated/fresh of all the places I stayed in Japan. I did not love the area around the property (very busy, commercial), but it’s very convenient and seemed safe. "

"Wow this hotel is wonderful! Location is unbeatable and literally steps to the Namba metro station and just 2-3 blocks to Dontonbori. Very clean room, common areas. We had a family room which was spacious and beds were firm and comfortable. The staff take pride in their work and are always seen ensuring lobby and common areas are tidy. My kids loved the free lobby nescafe drink machine. Included free breakfast was amazing (besides rice, meats, veggies and pastries had 3 types of soup!!). The breakfast staff really seemed to care about the product they were serving. Would definitely stay again when in Osaka"

"The breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited and not particularly healthy — there didn't seem to be much understanding of vegetarian dietary needs. We had booked a premium room for two adults and two children, but they refused to provide an extra bed, stating that the expectation is for adults to share beds with the children. On top of that, they didn't even give us the premium room we had originally booked. The customer service was quite rude throughout."

"This hotel has an awesome location, as it is right next to Dotonbori street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They do have a washer and dryer, but with only 3 machines we were not able to do our laundry and had to go to a laundromat. Our AC was also not working the first couple days. However, I would stay here again! Great price, location, amenities, and staff!"

"We loved this hotel! Location is excellent - right at the covered shopping street and the Glico Running man sign with all the night life. LOTS of food choices and great shopping. It's on top of the very large Namba station so it's easy to get anywhere with public transportation. Check in staff were so helpful with any question. Room is huge by any standard - beds were great, shower and bathroom clean. The bar/restaurant is not to be missed. It was so wonderful we ate there 3 nights. Live wonderful music on the weekends. Top quality western food with a Japanese twist. Highly recommend. The breakfast buffet was so extensive - any kind of food was there and they changed it daily with new offerings. This was our favorite hotel in Japan. Nothing negative to say - wonderful experience."
