Great location, directly above Namba walk which has loads of shopping areas and restaurants. Hotel also has its own restaurants on the lobby floor including a Kobe teppanyaki restaurant by reservation that was amazing. Very friendly staff and clean rooms that have individual climate control. The view from our room was amazing, at night especially. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Super convinient location just above a subway station, staff speaks English and has a real breakfast buffet with a ton of options from desserts, juice and coffee bar, japanese dishes (even ramen and curry, tonkatsu, etc, other hotels I stayed at had a 3 dish "buffets"), fruit , waffles, etc.

Nice hotel with a great view if you are staying on the higher floors. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Great location near subway system. Only a 10-15 min walk to Yasaka Shrine and Dotonburi and the Glica man. Room is clean and beds are comfortable!

Great location and has a large supermarket downstairs. Very short walk to Namba station with connections to everywhere. Room itself is getting a bit dated, showing some wear and tear, but still very comfortable. Only complaint is there's no safe. Breakfast is excellent with many different options.

Staff gave me a room with a view of the Osaka skyline. Very nice. Room size is decent for the location. Very convenient to Namba train station and Dotonburi.
