" This was a great house to vacation with the whole family. The host was wonderful when communicating about the rental property. Plenty of room for cooking and relaxing in the living room. We loved the location a short drive to multiple public beach access points in Kitty Hawk and the Avalon Pier. "

"This condo was very convenient for a beach stay and had a nice charm to it. The cleanliness of the unit was sub par. Lots of dust throughout the unit and a general musty smell. Multiple registers had clearly visible amounts of Black Mold them and the HVAC unit was dirty and our famiky developed cold like symptoms during our stay which we believe is a result of the mold in the HVAC system (we took pictures). Many dishes and pots and pans were not clean upon arival and the washing machine took 2...
