"The location was fantastic, and the stay itself was wonderful-- clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Our only issue was with the check-in process. We arrived about 30 minutes before a concert a few blocks away to drop off our things, and the code to the unit did not work. We called and texted the listed property manager multiple times, and did not hear back from them for over two hours. While this isn't a long time, it was excessive for the situation-- it was an easy fix and could have been done in a more timely manner. As it was, we were unable to relax and enjoy our concert, not knowing if we'd have a place to stay the night. The response time was really excessive. Otherwise, our stay was great, so the issue was with the property manager, not the owner/lister of the property."

"Was a nice clean room and I would stay there again. The only issue I had was that I wanted to install a streaming app on the smart TV and management never provided me with the pin for the Roku. We stayed a couple of nights."
