"As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire time I was here and in the areas surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and the interior of the hotel lobby is beautiful. The hotel was clean and centrally located to all the things you “have to see/do” when in Chicago! "

"I was impressed with the staff's friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to help. Our flight was not until 5:30pm. We were given a late check out and allowed access to the pool for my 7 yr old grandson while we waited for our ride to the airport. My one and only complaint is that the toilets are too low to the floor. I am only 5 feet 5 inches tall. I recently had double knee replacement surgeries. I have difficulty rising from lower seating accommodations. Perhaps future new constructions...
