Asked for an extra blanket/bed sheet around 11pm and was giving attitude that we should have asked when housekeeping was available. "I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room had a terrible smell from the moment we walked in, and it was extremely dirty. The worst part was finding two cockroaches in our bathroom. When we reported the issue, we initially asked if someone could either remove them or provide us with bug spray so we could take care of it ourselves. At first, the staff refused to help.
