"You will have to drive the Tail of the Dragon to get to Fontana Village. I stayed in the main lodge/hotel which is a separate location from the garden rooms. Our group congregates at the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. Room and bathroom is clean but note that there are no water bottles in the room. Will definitely stay there again,"

"The receptionist at the front desk, Mike, was great and friendly when we checked in. However, when he was busy not at the front desk, I asked someone in the office for my checkout receipt, that person simply said “You have to wait!” in an inpatient and rude tone, then shut the office door at my face without helping me?! The room was spacious, but the cleaning could have been more thorough: (1) some spiderwebs by entrance door, (2) no shower gel provided in the dispenser at all, (3) a big spider in our bathroom."
