Hotel dekat Robert Bateman Community Centre

"This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. We were able to stay in the same room for the duration and I simply had to rebook the room the next morning which only took a few minutes. The room was spotless and the beds were quite comfortable....

"Booked and paid for a room through Expedia using Visa Debit. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was refused the room because I did not have a credit card for the deposit. I did not cancel and I was not a no-show. I was standing at the front desk trying to use the room I had already paid for. No accommodation was provided, yet the full $197 charge was still processed. The situation was handled dismissively and with no meaningful effort to find a solution. Very poor experience."

"This hotel should be avoided. The rooms smell of smoke as if someone was smoking right be the vents. It is dirty and in an industrial area. There are people who live in this hotel and it has affected the quality of the building. Do not stay here."

"Clean room, easy entry into building location is in a very walkable neighborhood with bars and restaurants. Parking close by in back of building."

"Very basic breakfast"

"Best hotel our family has ever stayed at. New hotel, super clean and well taken care of. Great hot breakfast with a lot of variety of food. Pool was warm and clean. Parking is $20 and underground but it’s connected to the hotel which was really convenient. We walked around the neighbourhood to go to a concert downtown… okay that was sketchy… lots of homeless people and drug addicts… just be aware of that."

"Great central location"

"Clean, friendly good breakfast"

"Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Full breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. I will stay again."
