"Bed wasn’t comfy. Lack of pillows and blankets sucked"

"Parking spots were very narrow. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice. The property itself is in overall poor condition. No noise barriers for rooms, elevators broke and my 82 year old Grandma was forced to use the stairs a few times before someone finally told us we could use the service elevator. Our bedroom phone did not work. Our tub was somewhat clean, there were no wash cloths, overnight front desk agent was very nice. Breakfast was hard to eat and service at the restaurant was painfully slow. The food in the restaurant was delicious. My bill was right under $200 and expedia charged me right under $270. "

"Everything was just as it should have been except: Huge patch job on a wall in our room that was unpainted and the hot tub was brownish water that kept us from using. Good location, professional staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed, good breakfast (hotel style anyway), zero problems."

"This hotel was clean and up to date. It was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The area was safe. I would stay here again if I were to go to San Angelo again."

"The tub had a leak and the shower head was mounted so low that it pointed at my belly button. I had to squat down to take a shower. The leak also caused a film of mold and mildew to form around the bottom of the tub and caused the drain lever to corrode. The breakfast at the diner next door was okay, but the included beverage was not enough to compliment the amount of food that was provided. The size of the portions was also very small."
