"The villa sits on the hill side. The view of construction area from balcony is not nice. This resort is right on Sukhumvit rd. after the intersection lights so becareful if you drive. To check in, You have to contact the Rimpu Hill coffee shop that is also the resort office. There is a parking dirt lot near the villa area. The villa is not small for 3 people. plenty space cloth storage but only couple hangers. Dusty bed headboard only fridge and cabled tv, no microwave or kitchenary. shower...

"NO RECORD OF BOOKING EVEN THOUGH DONE THROUGH EXPEDIA (PAY ON ARRIVAL).EVEN THOUGH SHOWN BOOKING NUMBER WOULD NOT ACCEPT. EVENTUALLY DAY2/3 OWNER ARRIVED AND WAS ALL APOLOGIES AND BOUGHT THEM A MEAL AND DRINKS HAD THE CHILDREN LEARN TO SWIM IN...

"Excellent value and very clean hotel with stunning views of the beach. Large rooms, friendly staff although sometimes it was difficult to communicate but expected as not on the main tourist route. Excellent pool."

"Although our room was a bit small, the ocean view was awesome. However, the nearest accessible beach is about a KM away. The pool was clean but had a number of damaged tiles. The underground parking was a nice amenity. Overall, an excellent value for the price."
