"Really helpful front desk staff"

"We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived! "

"The hotel is in a good location for first-time visitors and is reasonably priced. The room was a little different than pictured as it had no dresser or drawers to unpack into. Not a big deal for most people but we like to unpack completely when staying for several days. "This hotel was nice and the rooms were large. What we didn’t like was the automatic tipping. When we were checking in they added a suggested tip of 12.5% for the receptionist and other staff and said it was not mandatory but almost felt like they wanted to guilt you into tipping. Other then that food was great and I would stay here again."

"When I arrived, the room was mostly clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance with parking, and one of the ladies at the front desk seemed irritated whenever we asked questions. There is no proper parking facility available, and even dropping off or picking up luggage was very difficult and inconvenient.
