"The gentleman that checked us in was great. The other days a young girl was at desk she barely looked up and has very little if any customer service skills to say the least. Couldn’t even get coffee one morning. Beds in this room we stayed in was not the best. We’ve stayed here many times and haven’t had this issue so might just be that room as this is the first time. Never had maid service this visit either. Pool and area was well taken care of."

The property only had one way to enter which is hard when you have to take dogs out during the night. Most places have entries at each end and the front."
