"Overall the pool was lovely, gym was good, but we booked a standard room and didn't realise there was no balcony, and no rooms to upgrade to. Air-conditioning was warm and beds were not very comfortable. Fantastic location. Gave it 4 stars as we weren't in the room much but if you plan to be more based in the hotel you might want to choose a better room!"

I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...
