"Breakfast was good—standard fruit and toast options, along with some nice bakery items. The room was a bit hot for my liking, and the AC wasn’t working, which was a little annoying. The thermostat seemed to control all rooms, so I had to turn off the heating and keep the window open most of the time. Apart from that, the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and there was a nice gym on the top floor. The highlight for me was the shower pressure—so good after a long day of walking around Rome. I would recommend it. It’s a bit further from central Rome, but it works if you don’t mind walking, taking the metro, or using Uber when you’re feeling lazy."

"Generally good, the room is pretty decent. Except thermostat is not working so we cannot lower the room temp. Electric kettle keeps leaking too. TV are in Italian or German, so can't use it. Though wifi was great!"

We stayed for 5 nights and honestly didn't want to leave. ​ The Location & Vibe ​Real Rome: It’s away from the hectic tourist traps, so you actually get to see how locals live. The neighborhood has great local shops and a lovely atmosphere. ​Easy Commute: It’s an easy 10-minute stroll to Tiburtina Station (and that’s "slow walker" timing!). From there, you’re only 3 stops from Termini and about 30 minutes from all the big sights. ​ The Apartment ​Spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. My daughter’s first reaction was a literal "Wow!"—she was not expecting it to be that nice. It was such a great surprise for the whole family. ​ The Service (Shoutout to Max!) ​Max, the property manager, is a legend. Our flight landed super late and we didn't get to the flat until 2:30 AM, but Max provided crystal-clear instructions so we could get in without a hitch. He came by the next day to handle the official check-in and made everything so easy. ​💡 Pro Tip: ​There is a tourist tax of €5 per person, per day, and heads up—you’ll need cash for this. ​The best part? If you head to the ATM with Max to grab the cash, he might just treat you to a cup of Italian coffee. I’m willing to bet it’ll be the most delicious, scrumptious coffee you’ve ever had. ☕️😋 ​Thanks for a great stay, Team Sky Tower! We’ll be back!"

"This a perfect no-frills place in Rome for budget-conscious travelers, located in a safe, green residential neighbourhood near the Metro C line and shopping. Probably 30-40 minutes from the Coliseum. Breakfast is included. Staff is friendly."
