"We just stayed at Snug Harbor for 3 nights and absolutely LOVED our time at the resort. Our cabin was so clean, beautifully decorated with lots of wood to give it the rustic feel but with modern, very comfortable couch and chairs in the living room, and comfortable beds. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to Friday Harbor which has shops and restaurants, but then you come back to the piece and quiet of the resort. "We had a wonderful stay at the Deer Harbor Inn lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orcas Island. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy! Perfect after a jam-packed day of hosting activities for our friends, from Deer Harbor marina to Eastsound, and ending with the best brisket ever at Matthews Smokehouse just across from the lodge.
