I enjoy the breakfast. I don't enjoy the really perfumey smell by the elevators. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Customer service is great and is always friendly. They have a shuttle to take you to anywhere within a couple miles and to the airport.

Make sure there’s wrestling scheduled when you will be there to many kids and a lot of noise and not good all around.

HOT!! They locked the thermostat at 71 degrees. We got an extended stay room so opening the windows at night wasn't an option as they are accessible to anyone walking by. The outlets are horrible and whatever you plug in barely stays in. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Central location. Wouldn't stay again though.

We checked in at 9:00 and just wanted a bite to eat that late. The hostess ignored us until my daughter in law asked if we could be seated. She said go to the bar and order. We knew they closed in half an hour. After standing at the bar for at least 10. Minutes andt least 4-6 employvisiting and blatantly ignoring us. We walked out. The young lady that checked us in was not at all friendly. I felt as if we were an interruption of her evening. We were the only ones at the and no phone ringing. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it. This is not IKU this is Melba Bennett and we are the ones who arepaying .

The staff is outstanding! Friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Restaurant was convenient, food was delicious and well priced. The service was excellent. We ate there every day for at least 1 meal.

We had a pleasant stay during the BB Tournament this weekend. We stayed in a one bedroom unit next to the main hotel. We enjoyed the up close parking and the kitchen and dining room areas. However, the couch was ripped up and the room was over 75 Degrees the entire stay. The heat was NOT on and we had to run the A/C to cool the room down. The room definitely needs some updating. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Horrible climate control
Everything fine but horrible climate control in room. The room was extremely hot even with air conditioner fan running and thermostat set to 50 degrees.

Excellent restaurant on premises. Breakfast very good—complimentary which was nice. It snowed so plows were out early so bring earplugs just in case.

An excellent choice for anyone visiting Rochester! Very walkable and close to shopping, parks, restaurants, and--of course--Mayo Clinic. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful and the onsite restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend!

We stayed in one of the full kitchen suites. Bedroom fully separated from living and kitchen areas. Room is a little dated and could use a refresh, but otherwise was perfect for the week we stayed. The building is separate from the main hotel. Each unit is separate with outside entrance to the room (might be inconvenient in inclement weather). The heating and A/C units are in the living area and do not affect the sleeping area. All in all we would not hesitate to stay here again.
