"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."
"The hotel is extremely dirty and this is not a 4 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and a bed to sleep on, this is not for you. Dirty carpets, dirty tables just terrible. Left my booking earlier just because we couldn’t take it any longer. "

"the staff is great and very helpful. the location is convenient. but the building needs rework. the rooms are full of little bugs, the room has a smell like the place was flooded and it dried. the hall on the floor where i stayed smelled very humid. the breakfast buffet doesn't serve what is shown in the website photos. no Danish cake, fruits are limited to watermelon and papaya. "The property is a bit old, however there are benefits with older ones. Room was larger than newer hotels, but most importantly it was clean, staff were very polite and friendly, and the location is best.
