Stayed 3/26-3/29 2026.I awoke around 2am on the first night. Face and arm itching turn on the light and saw a bed bug on my pillow.killed and brought it down to the front desk along with the pillow with the blood stains from the bedbug. Was given the opportunity to switch to a new room which I accepted and move my family at 3 in the morning. Spoke to a manager the ne xt morning and was told since I booked through Expedia she could not do anything about the rate and said she would give me Hilton honor points.Second room seemed better but once you know there’s bedbugs in the hotel you just can’t get comfortable.I also had Dan issue with the toilet overflowing in the second room called the fron office and was told she was the only one there and I had to come down a get a plunger and fixit myself.
I was receiving text from the hotel asking how my stay was going on a 1-5 basis. I replied one and was told someone would call me to discuss never heard anything else
