"Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets"

"The building was clean and kept up well. I really enjoyed the location and having a shuttle to the hospital. The only downfall I saw was the amount you pay per night to park, $20, seems a little steep and there was not enough parking with the construction and painting blocking off spots."

"The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay."

"Nice, big room with a very comfortable queen bed. There was a pullout couch with bedding & pillows, and a recliner. Also a kitchen with dishes, glassware, coffee cups, and utensils. A coffee maker full size fridge with freezer, small sink and a 2-burner stove. I had to be in Rochester for a Monday & Friday procedure at the hospital, so the stay was from Sunday until Friday. We used the pool and hot tub. The room was very quiet the entire time. Sink and vanity are separate from the toilet &...

"The room was cute and small. It was just me traveling. At night the blinds that came down were those translucent kind so I was looking for the blackout curtains which they had none, so I had to take a blanket off the bed and shove it up into the curtain rod to have some privacy and keep the light from pouring in. I also had to put my pants against the bottom of the door since there was about an inch gap and the light was pouring in - other than that it was a pretty good stay."

"Great water park for the kids. More supervision of the water slide, parents were letting 3-4 kids go down together. Too many hang out at the bottom and then complain when they get hit by kids coming down. Great breakfast"
