Was put in a room that is used for Expedia customers. Only 2 smaller windows, one foged up. Not a good mattress. 2 outside doors, on both side of our room. Slammed night and day. Rattled our room. Plan on better room next time.

Be flexible opening breakfast room. Dozens waited patiently for door to open, not a minute before was the norm. Also I wonder if I am charged for parking. Otherwise I had a very quiet, clean, safe stay. Thank you.

Pool is wonderful with play stuff for kids and a great hot tub. The breakfast area is the cleanest ever! There is no meat for breakfast but otherwise anything you'd need. Great job there! EVEN Hotel Rochester - Mayo Clinic Area by IHG
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the parking situation, which the staff was very helpful in explaining it. I also love how i cant hear people out in the hallway or next door. Lots of privacy and rest.
